- Port Forwarding Programming: We configure and open the necessary ports on any Internet Service Provider to enable secure and reliable access to surveillance equipment governed by our Network Policy.
- NVR Camera Programming: Once we learn your optimized requirements for your on premise or remote AI needs we will prepare and hand off system to you techops. We gather detailed notes and connection details so your team can focus on what they are good at, smooth onboarding and reducing false alarms.
- Device Integration: Most monitoring stations support SMTP or RTSP feeds, we support programming most NVR's with a GUI. If your clients have systems you haven’t integrated before, we can help you find the RTSP URLs you need. If you allow us access to AI to program, we are proficient in many different AI products including the following. Calipsa, Actuate, Umbo, Evolon, Irisity, Camect and many more.
- Monitoring Station Neutral: We are monitoring station agnostic. We do not recommend or report on stations. Our sole focus is making sure everyone has reliable access to equipment.
