We monitor the uptime of all devices, including those on bridged LANs and report issues if they fall below 90% uptime, helping catch outages before intruders do.
When needed, we can work directly with your client’s IT team as an extension of your company. We are monitoring station neutral, our only goal is to make sure your station—whichever one you use—has what it needs to stay connected and secure your clients property.
What We Offer:
- NVR Programming: We can program almost any type of NVR systems right out of the box—even if your tech is unfamiliar with the equipment.
- Wireless Connectivity: We can configure or assist your tech with configuring wireless PTP AP's and stations and how to resolve connection issues.
- Tech Support & Training: hands-on or hands-off, we can train your technicians to configure any consumer modem, Linux NVR's, several Windows based and routers so your monitoring station stays connected.
- Client-Facing Support: We can work directly with your client’s to gain access to their equipment via phone and computer.
What Our Security Appliance Offers to subscribers only:
- Free Dynamic DNS: All our firewall appliances come with included license free Dynamic DNS, keeping your monitoring station connected—even when your client's IP address changes.
- VPN Connectivity: They support the latest VPN technology including OpenVPN, Wireguard and IPsec with 512 encryption.
- DDOS and Botnet: Protect public-facing equipment from DDoS and botnet attacks from LAN and WAN to ensure continuous uptime.
- Scanning Protection: CCTV devices are often found through scans. Our firewall detects this activity and adds them to an extended ban list.
